Glutes/Back progress and new start!

Not the greatest pic but I can see that I'm progressing...slowly....I also wasn't flexing hard enough for my back/shoulders/biceps....I'll try more in the next few days after my TOM comes and goes.

I am beginning to train harder on my glutes so I wanted a definitive start point pic.

So this is that.
