15 weeks with Spark People DONE!!!!



Thought that now that I've beat my personal record for consistent training and dieting I'd post the 15 wk before and after.

pic #1- when I got disgusted and decided to do something about it

pic #2- results of 15 weeks of hard work and good eating...I'm a different chick now.

Thanks and no, I haven't tried that one....right now I'm afraid to try any other proteins since I tried BSN Syntha-6 and it was too high in fat and calories and not whey.....then I got EAS whey and it didn't mix well or taste good at all.....sooo for now I'm sticking to my favorite old stand by-GNC 100% whey.

what makes Beverly sups protein superior?

Hi cherry, its me patrick again. I use 2 types of protein. One is a fast and the other is slow asorbing protein. I use the fast right after I work out and the slow during the day. I try to eat 6 to 7 times a day. with protiens shakes being 3 to 4 of my meals.

I sometimes use a slower digesting one at night before bed, or I just eat cottage cheese pudding for the same effect.

PWO I always use 100% whey and also when I cook protein pancakes and stuff.

Why so many shakes and not whole food protein sources?
