So tomorrow I will begin my new 2 week program that I read about on www.figureathlete.com
It looks pretty intense as far as the calorie restriction and carb restriction go...I have spent the last 13 weeks training my body to appreciate carbs and to lose weight eating carbs and more food....now I am gonna shake it up for 2 weeks, I hope I do okay...It just seemed simple and effective and I was making myself NUTS trying to figure out how to carb/calorie cycle at the same time and trying to get everything under control..This takes all of that guess work and confusion out of my life, and I could sooo use that right about now.
I've got my food together...easy since the choices are mostly limited and I tend to only eat broccoli and salad.I love salad veggies but alot of regular veggies aren't my favorites..I could eat broccoli 'til it comes outta my ears though....I'm gonna miss my fruit..but I can have berries and I dig those....I have been cutting back my breads and tortillas and stuff over the past couple of weeks...I also haven't had rice or pasta in weeks..so atleast I won't be too startled by that part of it.
The pic above I took today...which is why my dumb head got chopped (Sometimes I have it right on, and other times...not so much).....Here are some others....this will give me the starting point of this plan to see what my body does.My glutes are starting to show improvement and I am LOVIN' that....they damn well better be with all of the work I am putting in on them....but the pain is perfect, it lets me know I am accomplishing something....Obviously, the last pic in the collage is from today....it shows my back improvement and my glutes...I wish that my back would show in pics the way it does in real life...oh well..
So here I go....hope this kicks ass as much as it seems like it will :)
