Okay I think I found your blog through bike riding. I started a blog for middle age people who are couch potatoes, but you make my little bit of workout look like I am ready for the nursing home. You are so focused and driven. I have only glanced at your site, but I plan to come back when I have more time. You can certainly be an inspiration to me. I am fairly active, but my eating is terrible. I mean compared to most people I am not bad, but I am not doing what I need to do to build muscle and lose fat and look good. I love all your photos of your food. I may need your advice. Looks like you really know what you are doing. Thanks fo sharing with your blog
Thanks for stopping by...I have to check yours out since I ride alot (I don't know how to drive lol)...and I'm not always so focused and driven, and I'm trying to make it a habit so that I will be as a matter of course....Glad you like the picture meals...I am having a ball with them and doing that can be soo helpful for me in keeping track and knowing portion size and stuff.
I'm a 38 y/o chick who has decided to get back into the saddle of working out and dieting right after a 6 month hiatus.
Something always ends up getting in the way of my goals, hopefully now thanks to www.sparkpeople.com, I will be able to make it to my unicorn.
My unicorn is the physique I had attained and earned in '96. It was all too fleeting thanks to an illness that left me without motivation to return to what I had been doing previously.
THIS TIME I WILL MAKE IT..BETTER THAN BEFORE!
Goals: Lose FAT, build muscle, get ACE certified, get dietetic aide and physical therapy aide certification.
HAVE FUN....DON'T QUIT!!!
